Refund Policy

If it is within 2 days after the arrival of the product, you can apply for a refund.

Due to the nature of food products, refund requests are only accepted for products deemed defective by our company or in cases where the wrong product was received. If there is a problem with our product, please contact us at info@kiyosen.com and attach photos of the issue. If you prefer a reshipment of a new product instead of a refund, please let us know. We will make every effort to resolve the problem.

After receiving your email and inspecting the photos, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund, and we appreciate your understanding.
