This tea is a sencha that is made by deep steaming the fresh leaves (harvested tea leaves)  and then roasting them under a strong heat (high-temperature drying) during the refining process.

It is characterized by its richness and has an appealing aroma with a hint of a toasty fragrance. The color of the tea leaves is a slightly brownish green, and the infusion color is a deep yellowish hue.

Using water at temperatures between 60-80 degrees Celsius (140-176 degrees Fahrenheit) (not boiling water) will enhance the sweetness. To eliminate the chlorine smell when using tap water, please boil the water.
