Our Uji matcha is made exclusively from the first harvest of stone-ground green tea leaves in Kyoto Prefecture. Grinding the tea leaves with a stone mill is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process, but it results in matcha that can be fully appreciated with all five senses, including its taste, aroma, color, and froth. This is a characteristic unique to stone-ground matcha.

We deliver this kit in a luxurious original package from Kyoto Kiyosen.
