This set allows you to make and enjoy two varieties of homemade monaka. The shells are made with Kyoto Hojicha and Uji Matcha, while the fillings consist of Kyoto Tanba Azuki Bean and Uji Matcha. Each component is individually packed.

We use premium stone-ground Uji Matcha and Stem Roasted Tea (Kukicha) carefully selected by our tea connoisseur.

Sandwich the fillings between the crispy monaka shells and savor the delightful combination of the freshly made crunchy texture, fragrant tea flavors, and the high-quality, flavorful fillings.

With different combinations of shells and fillings, you can discover your own favorite flavor combinations.
