We have carefully selected premium Uji Tencha (the raw material for Matcha) and ground it slowly. This tea is proud of its mellow sweetness and refreshing aroma. The tea leaves used to make Matcha are grown by covering them with a straw screen called "Yoshi-Misu" 20 days before harvesting to block out sunlight. Uji Matcha is known for its low bitterness and a pleasantly sweet and mellow flavor.
