This is a matcha and hojicha chocolate made by carefully considering the blend to allow you to enjoy the rich flavor and taste of Uji matcha and hojicha, using tea from Kyoto's Uji region as the main ingredient.

Even the base white chocolate has its own unique recipe, meticulously formulated to bring out the exquisite flavors of matcha and aromatic hojicha.

The matcha used is Uji matcha from Kyoto Prefecture, made from stone-ground first-grade matcha, allowing you to savor the matcha with all your senses—taste, aroma, color, and froth. This is a characteristic unique to stone grinding. The hojicha uses roasted stems to enhance the delightful roasted flavor.
